351w project engine for winter

Well I have picked up two complete 351 motors.

1 came from my bronco 1986 model
It runs good untill it warms up and drop oil psi to almost nothing.

1 came from a buddy who has the same problem as the other 351 that loses oil psi it's a 1986 model also.

I don't think there is any differance in eather engine.
Neather engine has ever been rebuilt.

So heres where I have a couple questions and thought I'd get some peoples 2 cents on this.

I think I'm going to keep the 86 model from my bronco as I know it's not been ran sence the oil PSI droped off.

I'm going to start tearing it down next weekend and try to get lined up at the machine shop.
Heres a couple ????

1 Should I go over a 030 bore?

2 Should I turn the crank or try to get a new one?

3 I'm going to drop this in a fox so should I start getting a fuel injection setup or go carb?

(this engine was the last year of the carbed dura spark II systems in the broncos the 302 that year was EFI 351 kept a carb untill 87.
(I'm pretty sure this is correct.)

Anyway basicly I'm going to be working on the bottom end this winter.
What machine work would you have done if this was a motor you were building.

I figured I would ask this because everytime I build a motor I always see someone who did something I didn't and I say "I wish I would have done that to."

So I'm trying to not let this happen this time.

This is planed for a mustang body but theres a chance it may get stuffed into a ranger with a t5.
(been wanting one of these awhile)

Also how do the stroker kits for the 351w hold up ????
I see these cal hawk storker kits on ebay but have heard they are not the best quality.
Where can I find a quality stroker kit?

I'll leave your questions about mill work etc. to those who know best. Your question about rotating assemblies though... I've heard nothing but good things about Coast High Performance and DSS.

Yes, today my dad told me I also have a 351w block with 50k miles on it. I am kinda dissapointed because I just did HCI on a 302 :[. I don't know whether I should take the time this winter and swap the stuff over to a 351w but if i do I am staying fuel injection. Trust me it is MUCH EASIER. You will get better gas mileage too.
