I had no idea this would be this difficult. I got the crown vic oil pan "dorman 264 077" and I cannot find a dipstick tube for it. It's threaded and I plugged the dipstick hole on my block. Has anyone on here been in the same situation?

The Ford Racing swap pan comes with a threaded dipstick.
If that will work for you I'm sure you could just get a replacement dipstick for the kit.

Good luck! I bought ANOTHER swap pan because I lost the dipstick and tube. You might be better served threading a plug into pan and using the hole in the block with a tube from a junkyard windsor.

I've done called lmr and summit and asked if they could sell me just the dipstick tube from the 351w kit. They will not do it! On my block the Oilpan blocks the dipstick hole so I'm screwed there. I guess I'm gonna have to go out, walk around a junkyard, get up under 20 cars just for this $10 part.

I am having the same issue! I bough a crown Victoria pan for my swap and my engine builder already plugged the hole in my block so I may be up a creek without a paddle. Has anyone tried reaching out to ford directly for an in pan dipstick?
