393 stroker swap issues! Crank pulley.

Hey guys picked up a balancer for my 393 swap and using its supplied spacers to correct belt alignment, It will not align all the way. I'm still off by about 1/4" or so. The belt wants to jump over the outter ridge of the front of crank pulley?? Should I just get a pre 94-95 style pulley and space it? I'm clueless here and was curious if anyone else has had this issue before??
