I drive my '65 coupe to work about 40 minutes everyday and get in a lot of crazy traffic sometimes. My stang is only about 3 weeks old so I am upgrading stuff as I drive to make it more fun and reliable.
Have any of you put a 3rd brake light on the rear deck before - does it look o.k. on a classic? There is a pick-a-part close by that I can grab things from on my lunch break - but was wondering what this would look like. I just want to make sure someone will stop before BANG!!
My coupe is a 6 cyl, poppy red, basically stock but I am not going for a resto look - just a cruising one. I have seen where they put a stainless-steel or alum. cover over the rectangle 3rd brake light and cut in a skull, logo, whatever the 'theme' of the car is. Looks simple to wire in - what do you guys think?
