4.10 vs 4.30

I have a 99 gt automatic. Im am trying to decide between 4.10 or 4.30 gears. Does anyone have an automatic with either gears? I need some advice before I buy them. thanks

I hear that a lot of people go with the 4.30 gears for the automatics. Right now I am going with 4.10s for my 5-speed. You can't go wrong with either thou.

IMHO I think 4.30's would be too much, even for an auto. I think I would go with the 4.10's.
