i have had both ....
for a daily driver with a stick shift, i very much preferred the 3.73s. with 4.10s, first gear is totally useless. at neighborhood speeds, they put you right in that no-man's land where the rpms are higher than you want for 2nd, and a little too low for 3rd. i spend alot of time going through neighborhoods, and it got old pretty quickly. and cruising at 70 on the highway put me at a higher rpm than i liked as well.
but the acceleration in 3rd was great fun with 4.10s. for a daily driver though, for me, the negatives did not outweigh the positives.
now if it is not a daily driver, then that changes things ...
i stuck with the stock shifter, so i cannot offer any opinions there
