4.6 aluminum block with 2v heads

im looking into buying a aluminum block and still using my 2v heads...which ford cars came with a 4.6 aluminum blocks? i know 99-02 cobras got em...
and also i need a check list of parts i need to make this happen...and any advice that can make this project go smoothly. but anything will help. thanks

I have a '97 teksid alum block out of a Cobra. Worked fine. You'll need some small parts, like the tube under the intake manifold that carries the water to the rear of the block (name?), the front cover may have one bolt that doesn't line up (lots of threads talk about how to deal with that.) Good luck.
