How hard is it to put some good headers on my 00 stang gt it was easy on my friends 5.0 but theres more room under the hood on his do anybody have a link showing how to put some headers on my stang.And does any one now a good repair book for 2000's mustangs chiltons doesnt make one for some reason. Thanks

are you talking shorties or long tubes? the installation process for both is a lot different. with long tubes i believe you almost have to remove the motor, or at least lift it a few inches to get the drivers side header in. sorry ive never done LTs on a newer stang before, just shorties and those were easy, well i did use a lift.

I'm talking shorties but all i got is ramps and jacks.

shorties can be a pain, still, you'll need to take the engine up off the mounts a little bit to get enough clearance. You can sort of, "shoe horn" them in, where as with LT's, there's no comprimising
