4.6 or 5.4?

Well it finally happened...the fear of hearing the clanging of a bent rod or a spun bearing has became a reality. I guess I got my wear and tear out of this engine considering it has had a supercharger on it for almost 3 years. Anyway, now its time to rebuild the stang and was wondering if you guys had any suggestions? My dad wants in on this and he thinks I should go with a 5.4L with a turbo setup. I was thinking of a 4.6 with an aluminum boost prepped block and a turbo setup. Has anyone had any experience with trying to do the 5.4 swap and what kind of obstacles will I encounter if I go the 5.4 route? What kind of hp can a 5.4 windsor block handle? Any thoughts/suggestions opinions would be helpful.
 
I'd stick with a 4.6 but if you crave a 5.4, get either the lighting set up, or the cobra R. My logic is the air intake manifold runners. The cobra R setup was great and flow like 200+ cfm, and the lighting is badass too.:nice:
