4.6 to 5.4 3v

Pain in the butt conversion and typically as expensive as just slapping a supercharger on top of the 4.6. Needs custom fabbed exhaust among other things and the gains are not very big for the money spent. I'm no expert, just giving you some random things I've gathered from others. Someone with more details ought to come along soon... this is rehashed weekly.

thanks for the response, i got a 30,000 mile 3v for hauling away the left overs after a friend stripped out a wrecked f-250 of it's running gear for a wheeler project. he didn't need or want the motor, so i grabbed it before hauling the rest of the pieces to the scrapyard. i thought things looked enough different to be a problem.
