400hp 400tq 351, which intake?

I am trying to build a 351 that will make 400/400 right now. Money doesn't allow for good heads and such. I am hoping to make atleast those numbers. I plan on the following:

9.5-10 cr
gt40p or some cheap alm head
f303 with 1.6 RRs
hooker lt headers

What do you guys recommend? I was thinking about running a rpm 5.0 upper with a matched truck lower or something like this.

I can tell you right now it is going to be a long shot making those numbers with " some cheap alum heads" the gt 40's will not flow enough. You need to save up and buy either a set of AFR 185's or maybe have a less expensive set of edlebrock performers or trickflow tw's ported. The alphabet cams will leave you short of your goal too. A custom cam would be nice but there are off the shelf alteratives like trickflow stage one, or AFM n-41. 400 horse power is possible with a 351 but you need quality induction components and a good tune to do so.

for the money that new TF-351R intake is boss. But I agree, I only make 348 rwhp, and 397rwtq with my setup, so don't bank on 400 with your set-up

Sorry, those goals are motor numbers. I know it would be almost impossible to reach them to the ground.
