I recently bought a 429 engine to rebuild and put in my 1987 stang. I am beggining to have second thoughts about it fitting. Will my 429 fit or, will I be better off to just rebuild my 302. I am wanting to have between 450 to 500 horses. Thanks
Yep there is a car here in my town with a 429 in it. Get a good set of heads and a cam and a intake and you will be making the power you want. I wish I would have built up a 460 for mine personally.
