429???

Hey guys, I was wondering what your thoughts were on sticking a 429 in a 67 mustang fastback, the car currently has a 302 in it. Can it be done?? If so what kind of fab am I looking at? Any help would be great

take a look at MPGheads.com. They have a motor mount/header kit to drop in 429/460 into a 67 mustang. I have never worked with these people so I cannot vouch for them personally, but they might be able to help.

YES. It can be done. Be prepared for lots of little issues...not being able to change spark plugs, lots of engine heat, new radiator and electric push fans, hood clearance issues, bad gas mileage...but LOTS of torque and HP.
