460 in a 95

I have seen a guy with a 460 into a 94-95, worked well...remember, the dohc 4.6 is wider than a 460, so if it fits, the 460 will fit ;)

i would try to give you a link but the website is down right now

thanks for the advice, what kind of tranny should I get, already have 351w, and the
t-5 is busted, wondering if I should stick with a manual or get a c4 or c6, Im thinking about stroking the motor, and nos, hopping to get atleast 800 rwhp out of it???

Go for it man,Ive been wondering if there were any sn 95s with that engine in em running around, what do you think about it being front heavy though? Maybe a K- member and set the engine back a bit? It would have to be carbed too wouldnt it? unless you get a fuel injected motor with the eec and harness out of a truck, and I dont think anybody makes an aftermarket EFI intake,so you would have to use the stock intake? If you decide to go thru with it, keep us up on the details, it sounds like a killer idea to me :nice:

spyder efi intake manifold with a standalone computer would be the best/only option if you wanted fi. it would take lots of custom parts, headers and all that crap. tubular front end definitly. im not sure if you can fit a c6 into a stang, im sure with a little tweaking it could be made to fit

SVT made that Boss mustang. I think it had a 460 stroked to about 600"^3. It has been done.

If you are going with a stroked 351 on n2o, an automatic would probably be easier, but something like a viper spec t56 should take the abuse, or one of the new TKO 600 tremec's.
