Please help, I have heard both ways. Will the work on stock e7s? I would love to hear from someone who has actually done this. I have read plenty of post some say yes amd others say no.

Don't know the answer. My question is why use them? Buy some good aftermarket ones. Avg price of around 200$ for a quality set.

They should, just pull a valve cover and check. Make sure the pushrod will work.

Ford racing 1.7 roller rockers are relatively cheap used, not $20, but still they can be had in the low 100's.
They are actual roller rockers and imo they aren't even worth the trouble of installing. I speak from experience.
So if you are just installing an old set of ford rockers, I wouldn't bother.

I have bought used 460 big block rocker arms from my junk yard pick n pull. I installed them on my mustang with e7 heads. They bolted on fine the engine ran good but I actually lost horse power. I was curious so I tried it.
