Well 1 came today at least, looks real clean, I know I will need a valve job, maybe resurfacing, anyone have any other suggestions for someone on a tight budget? I'll be using these with a Summit rebuild kit with the flat top pistons. Should I have port stuffers installed or polishing or anything?

Thanks,
Jim

You may consider a 3 or 5 angle valve job as a way to help increase performance. The 4V Cleveland heads flow fairly decent on the exhaust side so not a whole lot should be needed to see an increase in power.

Have the valve guides cheaked and replace the bad ones. Then make sure you have hard Valve seats for unleaded Gas. these will not increase peformance but will give you better heads. Other then that it starts to get into money.
