i just swaped the front spindles brakes and struts from my 93 5.0 on to my 91 4cyl and there is extreme toe in, its truely undriveable..is the steering arm that much different, or is it the tie rods or rack that differs?
Looked to me as if the mounting location for the tie rods in the spindles are different. V8 is wider. Just adjust the tierods to set the toe. Had same problem with mine and thought I did something way wrong. Scratched my head for a few days and then said heck with it & adjusted the toe.
