5.0 conversion wiring question.

I'm new here and am looking for information on 5.0 conversion. I didn't see a post on this so I hope some one hasn't answered this question already. I
have a 5.0 efi in a 79 Mustang. I had a complete 90 conv donor car and sent the harness to Windsor fox back in Sept of last year.
Still don't have it back yet! Nothing but excuses from them so any way.... I
bought a harness from ebay, installed it. Now I'm trying to do it my self to
get the darn thing running. I only have a couple of connectors that don't
have anything hooked to them. 2 small white ones near the WOT relay and
mass sensor connector, 2 inside near the computer. one is grey the other
green. I looked at buying a helm manual but not sure which year EVTM to buy. Can some one tell me the difference between the harness I have with the green plug and the other with a black? Or possibly what I need to do to get the old girl running? I have swapped everything under the car, fuel pump is in tank, battery relocated, steel fuel lines, the gt k member, rack, brakes and master cyl. rear end, exhaust, cooling system everything is done but the wiring.

Thanks, I went there and printed a few diagrams should help allot. i found a older thread from Bdazzgt that helped allot too! You guys are great!
