5.0 explorer injectors

hey i just bought a 5.0 explorer engine and it has 60,000 miles on it and i am going to take the heads and intake off of it and i was going to use the injectors also and i what to know if they are 24lb or what?

I'd assume they are.

If they are orange, they are 19# and if they are blue, they are 24#. I run the 19# Explorer injectors.

Did the Explorer's ever come with 24# injectors Tom?

Might have - never say never, but I have not seen or heard of it. Navigators came with 24#s.

ok i checked them and they were orange so they are 19lb
