5.0 harness questions.

Can anybody point me to a site that goes threw step by step how to hook my 89 5.0 up to a non computer car. I am putting it into a 84 cj7 and need to know what wires i need to splice into the 89 harness. I have the underdash harness, the engine harnes, fuel injector harness, and the 02 harness. Thanks

I recently put a 5.0 in a non computer car. The diagrams from autozone should help ya.

There are several sites that describe this, the easiest way to look it up would be the 4 cyl to 5.0 conversion process, since it's about the same.

Otherwise, just a wiring diagram is the most helpful.

Also search here for posts by jricker, as he has posted wiring diagrams for any number of situations.

If you have the harnesses, they also should just about lay on top of the engine and connect.
