5.0 help please ... 2 issues.

Good morning!

Need help with two fixes for today ... '89 5.0, AL9 'puter/5 speed trans. using E303 bumpstick.

1. Stamped steel rocker installation process / torque.
2. Setting idle properly

Any tech help much appreciated ... all wisdom much needed.
