5.0 is an expensive engine

Dairyland insurance is pretty cheap too, although i dont know what other states it is also in. also i have a 4 banger (soon to be 8 banger) i pay about 106 a month, with Dui, driving while revoked, 2 failure to reinstates, no valid license, no insurance, accident, and to top it off, got the insurance without a license. Oh, and just liabilty of course.

I pay about 1600 a year for both of my guls, and that's with a less than perfect driving record. Both 5.0's and full coverage too. By far the cheapest insurance quotes I have seen for me. Gayco wanted almost 3k for a year for one of them.
