5.0 to 5.8 swap using 5.0 accessories?

I have a 91 mustang with the 5.0, some minor mods, ignition, cold air, radiator... and i have a5.8 block, i was wondering if i could take all the acessories off the 5.o, incuding the intake and fuel injection setup, and switch everything over to the 351 considering i have the 24b injectors to accomodate the need for more fuel. any help is greatly appreciated
