5.0 truck lower

how does the truck lower flow compared to a stock H.O or explorer lower. I noticed that they have square ports and I am told that they will mate up with a Systemax or Trick Flow upper. Anyone know if this is true or not?

I don't know what they mate up with (I know they mate up with a hogan sheet aluminum upper) but I made a post on this a while ago and everyone said they flow way better than stock. sux cause before that I threw a bunch in the scrap bin at work lol...
