5.4 3v Hp?

5.4 3v with custom intake to adapt the 4.6 3v intake with full exhaust

Im wondering the hp range? i kinda hoping for 325 does that sound about right?

they make over 300 at the flywheel stock. with just a tune, they can easily make 325hp at the flywheel. or are you talking about rwhp? if so, with the mods you name, it should be close. supposedly the cams are very mild. a swap can net a ton of power from what i hear.
