5.4 Mach 1 Tuning Question

Ok all. I installed a 01 5.4 navi motor into my 03 mach 1. It starts great, and sounds amazing! It stalls if I hit the gas to fast though. I think it needs tuned. I worry about taking it to a dyno tuner and have them punish my fresh untested motor though. And the tuners you can by like the sct need a custom tune. Which might be hard for my unheard of combo. Any suggestions?

Dyno tune only. A canned tune will not help you. Don't worry about the fresh motor. Mine will have exactly zero miles on it before we strap it down in the effort to hit 600rwhp.
