I was wondering if anyone knows of a write-up for the 5.4 swap. I am getting very interested in this, and have been reading everything I can. I know Billfisher has done alot of experimenting. It seem to be pretty straight forward, just alot of odds and ends to it.
From bill's threads, it seems necessary to go pretty big with all the intake setup and 30# injectors. What kind of fuel miliage could be expected with a 3v motor compared to the 4.6?
Thanks in advance.

So is there a reasonable way to get say a N/A 350 rwhp setup, and still maintaion decent hwy mpg? i.e. <10k
The 5.4 is but I don't think I could choke 18mpg. And thats assuming one could keep it at 60...
I know, I want it all, but don't you

no, i just want power. i have a mitsubishi in the back yard i need to rebuild. it got 41 hwy with 3 passengers and A/C. 36 city/41hwy. 1.5l 3 valve. 95hp. that's for economy.

18 mpg you won't get better than that. and i'm probably in the 270 - 280rw range now. @350rw. maybe 10?
