What all is involved with a swap from a 4.6 to 5.4 in a 03? If anyone has prices and/or parts needed that would be great.

I can't help you Stl but I'm curious also..I know of a 5.4 with a blower that is from a lightning with 22k for only $800.

for 3v swap

custom adapter plate for using 4.6 2v elbow and T/B.
custom adjusted FRPP shorty 4.6 3v headers turn outlet toward block.
4.6 oil pan
shortened 5.4 3v oil pick-up
remove 4 of 5 tangs on passenger side pin wheel for #1 tdc.
PWM controller for VCT.
exhaust adjustment to x pipe.
your injectors
your MAF
tune for mixture
use you mounts.
fits under hood.
that's all.
