i guess i would like to know more of where i can get the parts and what years i can pull the axels and rear drums off of? would it be easier just to convert the rear to disc while im at it? What vehicle and year can i pull the front spindles off of? I have a 88 LX 5.0

ebay is prolly your best bet for parts ive gotten some great deals
you can use 94-95 for the front and have the same track width, or 96+ has an 8mm wider track. theses are off a 98. View attachment 519933
for the rear you can either buy a set of ford axles fox length or 94-98 have a 3/4inch wider track. do not use 99+ axle shaft they are 1.4inch wider not good but you can use the brakes from them all 94-04. these are off a 96. View attachment 519934
or you can go with ranger drums and drivers side axles shafts only.
if you go disc you must swap master cylinders from a 3 to a 2 port and gut the stock proportioning valve and use a knob style. this web site will tell you everything you want to know. http://www.svo73mm.cjb.net/ good luck
damn and i have the stock axels out of my 03 just laying in the garage and those are the ones I CANT USE!!! So i should get 2 drivers side axels out of what yr of ranger?
