5 lug disk swap will be the death of me!

so when i got my car it was a mark vii rear disk to disk. which as we know is WIDE! so over the winter i pulled the rear flipped the brackets welded up the torque boxes and a lot of **** under the car. well i just got the axles back in the car with the right axles... well now my calipers are locked up! this thing is REALLY starting to piss me off!

any pics of the boxed **** under the car? i was thinking when i get mine running i may put it on the lift and do some welding to tighten it up some.
