After 5 years of owning the ride I finally have the time to enjoy the stang.
The first couple of summers I drove it, but then we had a baby one summer, moved the other summer.
It's finally paid off and only has about 6,700 mile.
I'm so happy to be driving it again.

I just cut, polish, waxed the paint.
It's getting the full treatment.
Here it is so far.

So now it's time to mod.

- I want 18's, either chrome 03 cobras or hypercoated fr500s.
- 265s up front and 315s in the back, will they rub?
- 03 cobra side skirts, front and rear bumper too maybe.
- I think I'm of selling the Roush wing too for a Saleen 281 wing.
- Bassani exhaust, x pipe.

That should get me squared up for now.

Mods so far, h&r springs, hotchkis c&c plates, k&n drop in, see sig.

The only catch for me is I have to sell or trade my minibike.
This thing is great for car shows/drag strips, but it's one too many toys.
I'll miss it, it's all hand fabbed and built.
Plus, it's the only way the wife will let me spend more cash on cars.

Anyway, just an update on a stang that's back at it.

Your car looks pretty damn good as is......
Here is my idea..... Just get some matching deep dish wheels for the rear
with some big fat tires, that will balance the look of that big fat wing.
This gives you 2 sets of front wheels and tires. Then use any remaining funds
for performance mods.

Those pics remind me how badly my car needs to be washed/waxed, looks great man

I'd go with another wing also and definitely 18's.

Wow harsh crowd in here... I love that wing, it's the bigger version of mine which is the stock 2000 wing moved back 2". Anyway, looks good. Next I would tint the windows, and make her FAST!

You'll have a hard time finding wider than 18x10s in most styles, and 315 on 18s are wicked expensive anyway. You might want to go with 295s on 18x10s instead. BFG KDW2s for example.

Car is great. I don't mind the spoiler. Wouldn't waste any money changing it. Got gears?
