what would make the most noticeable difference in my nustang? im kindof limited on my money right now but just name stuff good and cheap, or even ussed stuff if u know where to get it!

Free mods:
Reset computer
Remove intake air restrictor

Google will tell you how to do these...

Also, if you are looking for things to do why not try some preventitive maintenance? All the below stuff is cheap...

You could:
Change tranny fluid
Change diff fluid
Change plugs
Change oil
Set air pressure in all tires perfectly
Clean MAF, IAC, PCV pipe
Replace PCV valve
Bleed brakes
Put some Sylvania Silverstars or PIAA headlight in
Detail car until it shines like the sun

TB and plenum combo isnt bad for the money, $400 for 6-8 rwhp. 180* thermo is a cheap mod that gives a little bit of hp. CAI or K&N drop in filter is also cheap only like 1-3 hp out of that though.

id say a plenum and tb combo as stated above..u already got the exhaust...or why not do cams for around the same?

I was thinking that also but cams are decieving when it comes to price. Sure the cams are only $500-$600 but then you need springs and a tune also. Also if u dont have gears you will need those also. Its not a requirment but is highly recommended.
