I did a 5lug conversion on my 89 very cheap. You Use Ranger/aerostar rear axles, ranger drum brakes, and lincoln MarkVII front brakes(**non abs**). Youll have to do some research because these parts are year specific. ALso, you use the right rear axle from the ranger and the left rear from the aerostar. (becuase they are different lengths on those vehicles and the two together are equal. ALTHOUGH, i could be mixed up about which side for which vehicle. SO like i said, research this or maybe someone else can help out. I also upgraded my master cylinder to support the larger calipers. Im pretty sure I used ranger rear drums but not positive. Hope this will help.

I used '94 v6 spindles and calipers and rotors and Ranger axles and drums.
Youll need two left Ranger axles to do the swap.

You really need to be sure of what wheels you want to run before doing the cheap conversion. Not all wheels fit correctly
