I have a 86 lx that has not ever had door speakers and I was given a set of new 6 inch speakers and I was wondering if they will fit? Has anyone had luck putting in a 6 inch door speaker in the door? Thanks for any help!
Thank you for the information. Since my doors have never had speakers in them can someone provide a picture of where they would go in the door to make sure they do not hit the windows assembly. Thanks!
once you remove the door panel you will see the stamped out hole in the lower corner closest to the jam. You will need to run new wires through the boot b/c I dont think they will be there ,once you install the speaker lower the window to make sure it doesnt contact but you shouldn't have any probs, its very basic
