my brother bought a 6 speed kit from d&d performance. we finished putting it together yesterday. it went together really nice. had to cut where the clutch cable goes through on the bell housing because it was hitting the header. we cut about 1/2 inch off the bell and it fit perfect. then we had to weld new brackets to the floor board and the subframe connectors for the crossmember. he bought a pro 5.0 shifter. he hasn't drove it yet because it just snowed, but went through all the gears when it was on jackstands.
if someone is going to upgrade by going to a 6 speed i recommend d&d performance. very nice people and very helpful if u have any questions.
