Im trying to confirm OEM status of my trunk lid. Only numbers I see are 4 19 C3.

Sounds like a ford production numbe, they are usually in 3 parts . If ypu had a after market lid you would probably know it ,i havent seen one as good as an original yet . A 65 trunk lid has an underbrace with no cut outs ,a 66 lid has two big cut outs in the underbrace
