How can I tell what year(s) Mustang a complete power assist lower assembly will fit? I have the following Ford part numbers:
Mounting Bracket #C7ZA-3A652A
Bendix Control Valve #25M/320/BO
Slave Cylinder # 128539
I was told this unit will fit all Mustangs from 1965 to 1970, V8 or 6 cylinder. I would welcome receiving your replies

Additional Info: checking my notes about the PS assembly I found; Slave Cyl is mfr by BENDIX. There were no part numbers on the Center Link only I.D. was Fomoco. I also found a note that said; 65-66 PS are different from 67-70 which contradicts what I was told. As noted in my 1st post the mounting bracket is dated 67 Does this mean tthe complete PS unit is off of a 67 Mustang? If not how can I really tell what year this lower assembly actually fits? Please help

Welcome aboard FordFlyer

Been awhile since I thought about this topic but
65-66 and 67-6cyl are the same ~ 67v8 is different

Mounting bracket is same for all 3 years.
Control valve Casting differences are for larger hose sizes on 67v8

This is all from memory, I could be wrong.

65 -66 is different from 67 70 ,65 66 is shorter and different tie rod ends . A C7 number is 67 ,C8 would be 68 and so on until you get to 70 and that would start with D o
