The 1" "shelby drop" will help. It adds neg. camber gain when turning, which keeps the top of the tire more inboard. Whether or not this solves the problem depends on the size tire you have. If you are running a 235/45-17, you may not be able to stop the rubbing without rolling in the fender lips and going to an aftermarket upper control arm (like Glogal West or TCP) which will allow you to dial in your camber setting better than the stock shims allow.
