did you get the heads too? i loved my old explorer p heads. dropped 1/2 second with them over stock

Yeah I have the gt40p heads but they need some work before going on the mustang. Plus I wanna do then separate so if anything goes wrong I know what it is.

The plan is gt40 intake, gt40p heads and Anderson n-41 cam

If you don't intend to run EGR, you can eliminate the spacer.
That is how I installed my son's GT 40 setup and 65mm TB.
I had to fab a bracket to install the throttle cable, but you can buy those if you want, I'm just a cheapskate.
The throttle mount adapter plates are cheaper and much thinner than an EGR spacer.

the egr delete spacers are only like 40 bucks. id get one

I saved myself the hassle of a two page thread on stangnet and just bought a used accufab 70mm and spacer off corral for 120.

I don't see trading info here as a 'hassle', I enjoy it almost as much as working on the car.
