66 convertible,value

i have a friend that has a 66 k code convertible. its a little rough. needs paint and motor. has new top. i think it may be a 4 spd car. i havent seen it up close. just pics. shes wanting to sell it but didnt know how much she could get for it. any ideas? roughly
