I am trying to wire the gauges for a 66 Mustang. I bought a Painless wiring harness, but the only advise I could get from Painess was to find an installer.
Here is the problem. The 66 Gauges have two prongs the Painless kit calls for three wires to be hooked up.
Red/White is the B+ power.
Black is ground
Colored to sensors.

1. Which wires do I hook up to the two prongs?
- Red/White and Colored
- Colored and Black
- Black and Red White.

2. What do I do with the left over wire (ground or Red/White)?

3. How do I hook up the constant voltage regulator?
