66’ GT 350 Clone $ 18,500.00

This is a car that I had when I was in high school and put in my father’s barn for 25 years. When I purchased it had been hit in the left rear quarter panel. I did not have the experience at the time to fix it so I covered it up and looked for another car. I went on to restore a 65’ 2 plus 2 that I eventionly sold to buy my first house. When my son of 16 became interested in mustangs and bought a 65’ coupe and we started restoring it I became interested in doing this car at the same time. So that is how it started with this restromod. Every thing has been replaced or restored on this car starting by complete disassembly and sandblasting the complete underside and engine compartment, then all the paint was striped with chemical stripper. As soon as I finished the sandblasting I epoxy primed with PPG DP 40. Then all rust problems were repaired with new panels. Rather than write a book on the restoration I will just list all the parts that were replaced.
1. RR quarter panel
2. Inner trunk panels on both sides of gas tank.
3. Rear panel between the taillights.
4. Front and rear valance.
