66 mustang door fitment w/weather seals on help

Hey guys,

Fitting my repo door to my 66 mustang resto rebuild and test fitted doors without door weather seals and they fit pretty good. Then I put on the weather seals around the doors, and now I cant even get the door to fit close on the door jam side. The gap at the bottom is about 1/8-3/16, and the bottom edge of the door by the door jab sticks out about 3/8-1/2" with weather seals on.

Anybody else run into this problem?

Who made the door? Who made the seal? Is the seal on properly? (photo would help)
