67 Fastback PS to MS

Hi Guys,

I just had a quick question, do I really need to replace the Pitman Arm (PS) with the MS Pitman Arm? Are that different in design? The PS Pitman Arm is still good as new (replaced it a coupe of months back). ANy insights would be greatly appreciated. BTW the car is a 1967 Fastback with PS.

The PS pitman arm just has a tapered hole on one end to go onto the ball stud of the control valve. The MS pitman arm has a tapered swivel stud on it like a tie rod, that fits into a tapered hole in the end of the MS centerlink.

Completely different hookups, so you will have to change the pitman arm.
