Hey everybody, I have a set of ADR 18x7.5 rims with a 42mm offset. Whats the correct adapters needed? I searched the forum and found that others with 67 mustangs and 18x7.5 rims with an 38mm offset used 1" adapters. So I'm guessing 38mm offsets not far from 42mm offset, so I should go with a 1" adaptor as well? I saw the charts for measuring bs and offsets and stuff but maths not my strong point unfortunately, alot of numbers make me dizzy lol
Also I was pricing adapters on ebay and there were adapters for 94 and up mustangs but they also had some for 67 mustangs. Shouldnt they all fit the same or are the center bores different or something?

Unfortunately, trying to find someone with the same wheel and tire combo on the same car may take awhile for someone to jump in with their comment. Just get over the fact, "math is not my strong point" and make the measurements. It's like they say, "we learn by doing".
Why the adapter? You do realize, any metal plates added between the wheel and the hub, may require longer lug nuts and or studs?

Good luck!

This is a wheel adapter.Studs or different lug nuts are not needed. You might thinking of a wheel spacer.
