I knew the clear had some runs in it but didn’t know how bad till I started wet sanding yesterday. I put it on so thick, unbeknownst to me, that I had to basically block the whole car. What a pain!
This is my first time using Axalta (DuPont) clear. It continues to flow out after it’s on the panel. Very different than Nason’s clear. Nason kind of stays put when hits the panel.
At any rate, after 12 hours, I’m pretty damn happy with it.
Going to paint trim black on the B pillars tomorrow. Then replace the windshield and finally work on getting the engine back in.
