I painted my GT last year, they have a TON of parts. A lot of prepping! Color looks fantastic!

My parents live just east of Scottsboro. I'm gonna have to come see this thing one day when I'm up visiting them.
This is Sakhir orange if I’m not mistaken,...right?Getting closer to the finish line! The spoiler, quarter windows and fenders are on.
Really happy with how the quarter windows look. Have about $100 in material and a weeks worth of work in them. Much better than $450 windows from LMR that don’t have the mustang lettering.
Tomorrow, the front bumper and side skirts will get painted. Then a cut and buff on the hood and fenders.
The door moldings won’t be painted tomorrow. I’m pulling the crappy tape from LMR off and putting some good 3M tape on. Those will be the last items I’ll paint and install.
Love this color! Can’t wait to drive this thing again. Accumulating the miles to break in the clutch may take a while now that we’re under a stay at home order.
Oh well, the hard part is almost over. I guess for now, I’ll crack open an adult beverage, stare at the car, and be happy.

I love the color too....If/when the Monster ever gets a new color, this is gonna be it.
Yep, I used bumper repair material as well, and lost the character line but Im fine with that.Thanks. I’m happy with them. They’re not perfect. Wasn’t able to keep the litttle character line that runs across the top. But as stated before, much better than the alternatives.
Applied a thin coat of bumper repair filler. Sanded that. Then multiple coats of high build primer. Then a final coat of trim black.
Awesome, Id love to do the Cobra Kit on my GT.Rear bumper and taillights on are. Man this thing is coming together!
Did I mention I love this color!
About to finish clear on the front bumper and the side skirts. I litterally only have one item to paint, the door moldings.
It never appears that there is too much overspray in the rest of the area that you are painting those pieces in...How are you doing that?
