I bought this 68 with the interior stripped and needing floor pans. The pans are in and I've put the carpet, bash pad and starting to put the other items in. I'm not sure how the carpet goes at the junction of the rear side panel....under the panel or over? Is there another trim piece? A picture of one done correctly would be appreciated.

Also, General pictures of other areas would be great. Like I said, it's a basket case and my memory from the last complete car I saw is not to good. Thanks! Tim

your pic is correct ,though you may need to trim the carpet in the front of the trim
panel just to get the windlace to go on . the seat hides most of the bottom of the
panel and the door sill molding hides some as well. you may also need to trim the carpet under the door sill molding as well allow about 1 inch to over hang the
pinch welded area so the door sill moldind will set right. a test light or ice pick
will aid in locating the screw holes through the carpet for door sill moldings. make
sure your carpet is pushed to the floor before you trim
