68 mustang windshield wiper arm help

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to know how get my upper/lower cowl panel off? My wiper assembly became disconnected and need to find up whats-up. I've got a 68 mustang coupe. Thanks for the help.

Your wiper arm assembly and motor are located under the dash. No need to pull the cowl off, but if you want to it's about 250 spot welds to drill out
