'69 302 Block,heads,intake for Carb

I'm lookin at a '69 302 block n' heads i just ran across. $200.00 I think its a good deal, considering its a 60's block never bored. Any opinions.

think i might put a little money into it and a carb, and put it in my stang for a while and have a personal compare to EFI v. CARB
